How to use the Iriscup menstrual cup

Sterilize Iriscup before first use?

Wash your hands carefully before touching Iriscup

Iriscup can be used sitting, crouching, standing with a Step on one leg on a surface slightly higher than the other or in the position that is most comfortable for you. After the first few uses, you will find the position that suits you best.

Hold the iris cup with the fingers of one hand and squeeze it. Then fold lengthwise with the fingers of the other hand. Insert it into the vagina at an angle and point it downward. Once this is done, release it and it will unfold and adhere to the vaginal walls.

Before removing the iris cup, wash your hands thoroughly. Find the most comfortable position for you and place the cuff or bottom of the Iriscup. Pinch the base and pull the iris cup outwards.
